Refunds

If a place inside your composed Day fails you — closed, scaffolded, gone — that is a delivery failure and the refund is 100%, without contest. Every module also carries a same-day backup so the failure is rare.

The Folio refunds in full within 30 days of any charge, first or renewal.

Privacy

Commissioning a Day means telling us a date, an occasion, sometimes a person. We keep that because composition needs it, and for nothing else. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing without your separate say-so.

Your Daybook lives at a private address that is not indexed, not listed, and not guessable. No login exists, so there is no account to breach.

Card details go to the payment processor and never touch our systems.
